"All You Can Eat" Breakfasts Return to Lock Haven on May 3rd

The Sentimental Journey all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast returns to the Lock Haven Airport (LKHV) on May 3rd. For more than three decades, the Sentimental Journey Fly-in has been hosting a spring pancake breakfast with delicious flapjacks, sausages, eggs, and potato patties. It's convenient, it’s fun, it's affordable, and gets everybody back into Spring.

The new "Gold" Membership price plan will help members save money by combining their Annual Membership AND the Fly-in ticket fees.

The annual Individual Gold Membership is $65 per person, and includes one full week pass to the Fly-in at no extra charge. This is a 13% discount per individual. If you have a family, the annual Family Gold Membership is $150 per year and includes FOUR full-week passes to the event. This is a 25% savings over traditional pricing.

Pilot Training Scholarship Program Opened for Applicants
High School Students Must Apply Before May 31st

The Sentimental Journey Association has opened its long-standing aviation scholarship program to new applicants for the 2026 flight training season. The scholarship, in the amount of $1,000, is open to any high school student residing in Pennsylvania aged 15 or older who is interested in a career in some aspect of aviation.

Qualified applicants should email Ms. Esther Gardner, the Executive Coordinator of Sentimental Journey, at sjfly-in@hotmail. com. The Scholarship Application Form is available on this website. More details about the history and the agreement with the winning applicant are available here. There is no fee to apply for the scholarship. Applications must be submitted before May 31, 2026 and the award will be announced at the S-J Awards Banquet Friday night at the Fly-in.
