Fly-out Ideas and Destinations
Over the years Sentimental journey Fly-in has tried to encourage fly-outs to a variety of airstrips around the local area. This year we list some of these here. Some of the strips listed are privately owned airports and may or may not be appropriate for some types of airplanes to visit. Any pilot planning to fly to any of these fields is responsible for their own flight planning. Some airstrips are only appropriate for light STOL aircraft - (example J-3). Some airfields will also require advanced permission and signing a release to be able to gain permission to land. Check at Clyde Smith's booth daily for the fly-out destination.
